Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

50-09-4    Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed.
08B-49-4    Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed personal food not identified and stored together with food that will be served to the public.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed accumulation of old debris under equipments all thought the kitchen.
36-17-4    Basic - Floor tiles missing. Observed some missing and some broken tiles all throughout the place. **Repeat Violation**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed plastic bottles of water stored on the floor in the front area.
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Observed missing cover for lights on warewashing area.
14-73-4    Basic - No container installed for catching grease from hood drip tray.
12B-13-4    Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Open soda inside reach in cooler.
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed food container boxes stored inside women restroom.
23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Exterior of cooking equipments, 3 compartment sink, and handwash sink in warewashing and kitchen area. **Repeat Violation**
29-19-4    Basic - Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly. Kitchen area.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. **Repeat Violation**
12A-19-4    High Priority - Employee washed hands with cold water. Observed employee washing hands with cold water in the kitchen.
03A-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed yellow rice at 60 °f above preparation table in the kitchen (According operator for less than 4 hrs). Operator moved the rice to walking cooler immediately. **Corrective Action Taken**
03B-01-5    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Observed baked beans at 123°f in the steam table ( hot holding for less than4 hrs). Operator started reheating the food and final temperature was 208°f. **Corrected On-Site**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of food debris/grease on food-contact surface. Observed accumulation of grease and food debris on food contact shelves, oven, fryers and can opener in kitchen area . **Repeat Violation**
31A-03-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Observed a plastic container inside handwash sink in warewashing area. Operator moved it out. **Corrected On-Site**
27-16-4    Intermediate - Hot water not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed not hot water at handwash sink after been running for approximately 5 minutes (water temperature at 79°f)
53B-01-5    Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. No proof of employee training at the time of the inspection.
16-34-4    Intermediate - No quaternary ammonium chemical test kit provided when using quaternary ammonium chemical sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine.
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed plastic bottle with degreaser according operator without label.
