Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

24-05-4    Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed 2 dead roaches on the floor inside the walking cooler
13-03-4    Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee serving food in front counter
36-14-4    Basic - Grease accumulated on kitchen floor and/or under cooking equipment
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. By garbage area
25-02-4    Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Plastic forks and knives stored in front counter
36-26-4    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated black debris in dishwashing area.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
22-49-4    High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. At the time of inspection observed establishment ran out of sanitizer, as per manager they will be using the 3 compartment sink in the meantime the sanitizer for the machine is ordered.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by approximately 10 +live roaches found around dishwashing machine and 3 compartment sink located in the kitchen by walking coolers. Observed approximately 4 + live roaches located around the grease container located next to walking cooler in the kitchen area . Observed 3 live roaches under cabinets in front counter where the steam table is located.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of food debris/grease on food-contact surface. Can opener
16-35-4    Intermediate - No chlorine chemical test kit provided when using chlorine sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine.
