Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Mens room.
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid. Shared dumpster. **Repeat Violation**
08B-63-4    Basic - Unpackaged food in an unprotected holding unit in a customer/nonsecure area. Both coolers at entrance do not have a locking device.
03F-02-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Had KM time mark items with adjusted time. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation**
07-08-4    High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food re-served to customers. Butter packets left on table between customers and observed employee seating guests at table and not removing butter packets.
08A-05-4    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food. Raw salmon stored over ready to eat ham and sausage in glass cooler. **Repeat Violation**
31A-03-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Hand Sink next to three compartment sink.
