A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-24-4    Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Located on walk in cooler and walk in freezer.
24-05-4    Basic - Clean plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Located under prep tables in kitchen area. Advised manager and she inverted. **Corrected On-Site**
14-11-4    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in freezer door located next to kitchen door and oven door in disrepair.
36-18-4    Basic - Floor tiles cracked, broken or in disrepair. Throughout establishment. **Repeat Violation**
14-70-4    Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer.
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in use utensils in water at 96°F. Advised manager and she emptied water. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
36-60-4    Basic - Screen in door torn/in poor repair. Observed both back door screens in disrepair. As per manager she has a work order for replacement.
14-41-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair. **Repeat Violation**
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-09-4    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food in walk-in cooler. Observed eggs being stored on top of cooked turkey in walk in cooler. Manager rearranged. **Corrected On-Site**
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink in prep area blocked by pots. Employee moved. **Corrected On-Site**
