A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Container on storage shelf wet nesting on bottom shelf across from dish area. **Warning**
Basic - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food thawed in standing water. Raw Shrimp sitting in standing water. Raw chicken and beef thawing at room temperature. **Warning**
Basic - Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Stored on the floor next to the ice machine in beverage station area. **Warning**
Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet cloth stored on back prep area out of sanitizer bucket , across from the dish washing machine. **Warning**
High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food.flour stored in non food grade containers. Under prep sink next to reach-in freezer. **Warning**
High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found.

3-live roaches in electronic component box on top of dish machine. **Warning**
High Priority - Spray bottle with chemical/toxic substance stored near/on/above food preparation surface or food. Chemical bottle with orange liquid stored on prep sink next to raw beef. Associate removed and placed the chemicals in the proper area . **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
