Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-40-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair. Observed cracked sneeze guard in front counter area.
08A-26-4    Basic - Raw animal food stored above unwashed produce. Observed raw shell eggs stored above lettuce in white refrigerator.
14-67-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair. White refrigerator and glass door cooler in front counter area.
23-09-4    Basic - Soiled reach-in cooler gaskets.
35A-02-5    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area. Observed approximately 25 small flying insects in kitchen area, landing on bananas, tomato, and lettuce.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 4 roaches crawling inside gasket on white refrigerator inside kitchen area. Observed approximately 25 live roaches crawling on wall in kitchen next to preparation area.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 50 roach droppings on gasket of white refrigerator.
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed roaches crawling on inside of white refrigerator, food was exposed to live roaches and roach droppings.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink.
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled.
