A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

21-04-4    Basic - In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Observed in back prep area. Manager removed the towel. **Corrected On-Site**
33-11-4    Basic - Missing drain plug at dumpster.
23-09-4    Basic - Soiled reach-in cooler gaskets. Observed in front of big oven.
36-26-4    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated black debris in dishwashing area.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed on prep table in kitchen area. Manager put the towel inside bucket with sanitizer. **Corrected On-Site**
22-24-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance on/around soda dispensing nozzles. Observed inside Bar area.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice inside hand wash sink in front counter.
53B-10-4    Intermediate - Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. Observed all employee training missing date of training and some of them the birth date.
