Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-06-4    Basic - Wood food-contact surface not properly sealed. Observed wood not sealed that sits under fountain drinks, by the drive thru window. **Repeat Violation**
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed assorted seasoning containers not labeled. Employee labeled all containers. **Corrected On-Site**

22-05-4    Intermediate - Cutting board(s) stained/soiled.
22-28-4    Intermediate - Interior of reach-in cooler soiled with accumulation of food residue. Buildup of soiled material on racks in the reach-in cooler. Reach-in cooler shelves soiled with food debris. **Repeat Violation**
16-35-4    Intermediate - No chlorine chemical test kit provided when using chlorine sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine.
22-31-4    Intermediate - Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. Observed non pitting preparation table has rust surface.
22-18-4    Intermediate - Soil residue in food storage containers. Observed flour, yellow flour, corn meal, seasoning containers are soiled.
