Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Build-up of grease on nonfood-contact surface. Observed on handles of reach in freezer
23-21-4    Basic - Food debris/dust/grease/soil residue on exterior of microwave.
08B-12-4    Basic - Food stored in holding unit not covered. Observed items in reach in freezer not covered and exposed to possible contamination from ice build up
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer. Observed in reach in freezer in milkshake station and next to fry station
23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Observed on underside of paper towel dispenser by milkshake station
41-14-4    High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide stored with/above food, clean equipment and utensils, clean linens and/or single-service items. Observed spray can of RAID ant and roach spray stored above single service gloves. Operator moved to a different location **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed in chemical storage mop room.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of food debris/grease on food-contact surface. Observed in reach in freezer next to fry station
31A-03-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Observed metal tins stored in handwash sink, employee removed tins **Corrected On-Site**
27-16-4    Intermediate - Hot water not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed handwash sink in milkshake station only reaching 85°F. Operator has placed a call for service on the hot water faucet.
