Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed open container with coffee in hot line kitchen area next on top of cutting board.

36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. By the ware washing area.

10-12-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed kitchen tong hanging at the edge of kitchen trash can. **Corrected On-Site**
23-14-4    Basic - Shelf under preparation table soiled with food debris.
23-08-4    Basic - Soda gun holster with accumulated slime/debris.
29-03-4    Basic - Water draining onto floor surface. Observed at reach in cooler unit located in kitchen back kitchen area.
08B-56-4    High Priority - Food stored in ice used for drinks. See stop sale. Observed bottles of juices stored on ice bin used for the preparation of drinks at bar area.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed one live roach crawling at the dishwasher wall. **Corrective Action Taken**
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Ice for drinks preparation at bar area. Observed 2 bottles of juices stored inside the ice bin.
22-24-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance on/around soda dispensing nozzles. Observed in soda machine located at servers station.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of food debris/grease on food-contact surface. Observed fryers with accumulation of grease in hot line area.

02C-02-4    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed inside the walk in cooler, soup and chicken stew, as per manager prepared from previous day not date marked.
22-07-4    Intermediate - Slicer blade guard soiled with old food debris.
22-01-4    Intermediate - Soda gun soiled. Observed in bar area.
