Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

01B-01-4    High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed open can of pineapple with rust inside reach in cooler kitchen area. **Warning**
50-08-7    High Priority - Establishment operating without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 30 days. Submit a license application and payment to DBPR/Bureau of Central Intake Unit, 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783. Observed raw beef patties at 56°F from previous day as operator stored in reach in cooker. **Warning**
08A-01-4    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over cooked food. Observed raw beef over cooked chicken at reach in cooler. **Warning**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed next to water heater. **Warning**
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. **Warning**
