A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.

High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Aprox 20 rodent droppings on floor at bar, 15 rodent droppings behind a freezer in kitchen, 5 rodent droppings in mop sink in closet by kitchen, 12 rodent droppings in closet by server/drink room, employee cleaned them **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. 60° soup cream, cut tomatoes, cut lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, fries, in prep unit by oven, employee placed them in freezer to cool down **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**

Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. They closed/added a wall on half of the cook line, it was all opened before facing the dining room **Warning**
