Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-73-4    Basic - Floors, walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors under cooking equipment. Floors under triple sink. Floor in walk in cooler. Floor in walk in freezer. 14-47-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Shelves below prep tables are rusted.
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Pizza boxes stored on floor in prep area. **Repeat Violation**
23-05-4    Basic - Soil residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Exterior of cooking equipment. Area under grills. Shelves under prep tables. Small cart near cook line. Gaskets for reach in coolers in kitchen area. Exterior of large mixer in kitchen. Handles and exterior of reach in coolers in kitchen area. Hood filters above cooking equipment. **Repeat Violation**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Mop stored in bucket of water near restrooms. Mop removed. **Corrected On-Site**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet cloth stored by front counter. Cloth removed. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food. Raw shelled brown eggs stored over vegetables in walk in cooler.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Approximately 102 rodent droppings present under grill area and along wall of cooking equipment in kitchen. **Admin Complaint**
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Shrimp stored on cook line across from cooking equipment. 22-02-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of food debris/grease on food-contact surface. Interior of reach in coolers in kitchen area. Interior of pizza conveyor in kitchen area. Gyro warming station in kitchen. Can opener blade. Mixer head is soiled.
02C-04-5    Intermediate - Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. Container of lasagna and pasta pulled from freezer today not dated.
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Spray bottle containing bleach chemical cleaner stored on counter by front register. Bottle labeled. **Corrected On-Site**
