Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-07-4    Basic - Gaskets with slimy/mold-like build-up. Observed reach in cooler gaskets soiled. **Repeat Violation**
36-14-4    Basic - Grease accumulated on kitchen floor and/or under cooking equipment. Observed grease accumulation under and around kitchen equipment.
33-11-4    Basic - Missing drain plug at dumpster.
29-27-4    Basic - No mop sink or curbed cleaning facility provided. Observed no curbed mop sink area.
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid.
35B-03-4    Basic - Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Observed exterior door propped open, not self closing. **Repeat Violation**
14-67-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair. Observed torn reach in cooler gasket.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed soiled walls behind kitchen equipment.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop not stored to dry. Operator inverted.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Operator moved wet wiping cloth to sanitizer bucket. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed hose Bibb no vacuum breaker. **Repeat Violation**
22-21-5    Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance inside the ice bin. Observed black like substance in ice bin. **Repeat Violation**
31A-03-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Observed cutting board in hand wash sink . Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
