Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-37-5    Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Acoustic style tiles present in kitchen area are not painted/sealed. **Repeat Violation**

33-24-4    Basic - Garbage enclosure area in disrepair. Fence is broken around outside dumpster in parking area.

36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Under mop sink in back prep area.
14-70-4    Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer. In walk in freezer around and on condenser and on floor.
10-01-5    Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Two scoops in bulk breading containers in prep area. Scoops moved. **Corrected On-Site**
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Light fixture near mop sink. **Repeat Violation**
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No hand washing signs at hand washing sink by front counter, triple sink and women's restroom.
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid. Outside dumpster in parking area. **Repeat Violation**
35B-12-4    Basic - Perimeter walls and roofs do not effectively protect establishment against environmental cross contamination or the entrance of pests. Hole in wall by hot water heater in back prep area.
14-20-4    Basic - Ripped/worn tin foil used as food-contact shelf cover. Foil below grill in kitchen area.
25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Multiple paper, styrofoam and foil containers in kitchen by prep table. All items inverted. **Corrected On-Site**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Mop stored in red bucket of water in back prep area.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Bulk gray containers with flour and breading.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately twenty seven (27) rodent droppings by hot water heater in back prep area. **Admin Complaint**
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Three different containers are cooked chicken stored across from fryers in kitchen area 61°F. Chicken cooked approximately one hour prior.
