A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils.

In dry storage area, container of flour unlabeled. **Warning**
High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area.
Observed one live flying insect at sink in coffee make station. **Warning**
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food.
In reach in cooler across from cookline raw sausage over ready to eat deli meats. Employee rearranged items to correct location. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found.
Observed 4 rodent droppings in dry storage area by shelf with single service items.
Observed 10 rodent droppings behind reach in freezer in storage area.
Observed approximately 24 rodent droppings under reach in coolers. **Warning**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
On prep table in middle of kitchen: shell eggs 56°F, hummus, 58°F, sausage 60°F.
In fliptop across from cookline. Cooked potatoes 56°F.
On prep table in back storage area. Beef 56°F, Yogurt 57°F.
At front counter coffee station. Milk 56°F, half and half 50°F.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb.
At mop sink vacuum breaker above splitter. Missing at hose bibb with green hose attached. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink.
At hand wash sink to the left of the cook top did not have paper towels.
Intermediate - Toxic substance/chemical on premise that is not required for the operation of establishment.
