A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

31A-04-4    Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Middle kitchen area. VIOLATION DUE BY: 4/5/2021 **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2021-04-07: One handwash sink in back or kitchen was replaced and has all the required supplies, along with hot water. Hand sink in front area was removed and was relocated to area where an additional handwash sink was missing. Discussed with manager that you cannot remove a hand sink and relocate it, without plan review approval. The front handwash sink is on the plans and must be replaced. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-01: From initial inspection : Intermediate - Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. 51-16-7    Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. New prep area and new equipment prep room. VIOLATION DUE BY: 5/29/2021 **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2021-04-07: DUE BY: 5/29/2021. Establishment also had a mop sink on the plans, in the kitchen. The mop sink has been relocated to the outside of the building, in the back. From hand wash sink has been removed as well and operator states he longer wishes to use it and wants to keep it off of the plans. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-01: No plan review submitted after 60 day call back given. **Admin Complaint**
