Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-13-4    Basic - Screening is not 16-mesh to the inch. Observed broken window in kitchen area by preparation table.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Grease around cooking equipments. **Repeat Violation**
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed food containers with food in walk in cooler not labeled **Repeat Violation**
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed approximately 5 live flies on top of preparation table, and touching food containers.
02C-01-5    High Priority - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 25 droppings under shelves in kitchen area next to preparation table, and 5 droppings on top of water heater.

01B-02-5    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed cooked: chicken 70°F, pork 65°F, rice 67°F,
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked: chicken 70°F, pork 65°F, rice 67°F, in walk up in cooler for more than 12/hrs.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. By triple sink

14-74-7    Basic - Intermediate - Observed walk in cooler with ambient temperature at 70°F. Walk in cooler's breaker was accidentally shut off during cleaning. Corrective action taken. Breaker was Re-engaged. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit has been checked and verified that it is able to maintain proper cold holding temperature of 41°F. **Corrective Action Taken**
