Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. All three doors in dance hall need to repair door gaps and or weather strip. **Warning**
36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Accumulation of water behind ice machine. **Warning**

35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Approximately 40 rodent droppings on top of hot water heater in mop room. Approximately 15 rodent droppings on floor behind hot water heater in mop room. Two rodent droppings on floor next to grease trap below to three compartment sink. **Warning**
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. - Water drops from mold like accumulation dripping into ice, 150lbs. - One Live flying insect inside ice machine, landing on the ice. **Warning**
22-20-5    Basic - Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. **Warning**
