Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed containers of food in walk in cooler without labels.
12A-18-4    High Priority - Employee dried hands on clothes/apron/soiled towel after washing. Observed cook wiping hands on soiled towel hung on his apron.
22-20-5    Basic - Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine.
11-07-5    Intermediate - Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items.
02C-03-5    Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed milk in walk in cooler not labeled manager unsure of date opened.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink with pitcher inside of it on the cook line.
