Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - 1.) Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed at hood/ hood filters at cook line. 2.) Observed grease buildup under cooking range at cook line. 3.) Soiled gaskets- at walk in cooler. **Warning**
14-11-4    Basic - Gaskets torn/ in disrepair. Observed at two door reach in next to cook line and hot box. Operator stated new hot box on site for replacement. Operator stated will order gaskets for reach in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed pipe leaking water under hand sink at side prep area. **Warning**
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 5 flies landing on bin of sugar and 1 fly landing on exterior of lettuce washer container in side prep area. Observed 3 flies landing on wall above prep table. Observed 2 flies flying around near dish machine, not landing in any particular area. Advised operator to kill and sanitize area. Operator killed flies and replaced sugar bin and sanitized lettuce washer. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed container of raw ground beef stored over salsa in walk in cooler. Observed whole pineapples stored next to raw beef in walk in cooler. Operator removed and stored properly. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed where hose is attached next to dish machine. **Warning**
41-17-4    Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed spray bottle of degreaser not labeled at front counter. Operator labeled. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
