Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

33-30-4    Basic - Unnecessary items stored in garbage enclosure. Back storage area behind restaurant has used buckets of grease, thirty cardboard boxes stacked up alongside building and old mop no longer in use. **Warning**
33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Unused reach in cooler, old fan, broken sewage equipment, Minute Maid juice maker, unused hot box and reach in cooler storage closet outside of walk in cooler, cardboard boxes stacked behind storage door and coffee maker. **Warning**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Walls in hallway and kitchen have grease build up. Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Black food debris around appliances in kitchen. **Warning**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. **Warning**
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Three roaches, 2 dead and 1 alive in fish fry mix. **Warning**
11-03-5    Intermediate - Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of employee health policy and health requirements. Person in charge unaware of Big 6. Provided operator with information on the big 6 and reporting duties. **Warning**
