Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold like substance on reach in cooler gaskets. Unit located in front of the cook line.
16-46-4    Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Employee removed the old labels. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
25-27-4    Basic - Straws provided for customer self-service not individually wrapped or in an approved dispenser. Observed unwrapped straws above counter accesible to customers. **Repeat Violation**
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leak from the steam in the warewashing area.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. **Repeat Violation**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shrimp over washed vegetables. Employee inverted them. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-02-4    High Priority - Server handled soiled dishes or utensils and then picked up plated food, served food, or prepared a beverage without washing hands. Server was coached about the handwash procedure. **Corrective Action Taken**
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed whipped butter (63°F - Cold Holding) left on the counter for less than 4 hrs. Butter was place inside ice . **Corrective Action Taken**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed bar hand sink used as a dump sink. **Repeat Violation**
22-64-1    Intermediate - No cleaning agent available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until cleaning agent is available for warewashing. Employee restocked the detergent immediately. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand sink located on the corner of the bar. **Repeat Violation**
