Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

Discussed with operator, employee moved to eat at dining area. Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Operator discarded employee drink. Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. 12A-13-4    High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee handled dirty dishes then handled clean dishes without washing hands at dish machine area. 35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 7 live flies at dry storage around the soda boxes; 6 live flies at side station with the dish machine; 7 live flies at the small side station next to side exit door; 5 live flies at side station at 2nd floor. **Admin Complaint**
