Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in bottom of make table cooler on cook line. This is a repeat violation from 2/2/2021. **Repeat Violation**
03D-02-5    High Priority - Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours. Observed fifteen pounds of cooked black beans in a pot at 50°F in double door reach in cooler next to the hot line, per the operator beans were prepared the previous day.
14-15-4    High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Observed breads stored in direct contact with plastic to go bag in glass double door cooler.
08A-11-5    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over canned/bottled drinks. Observed raw shell eggs stored above bottles of beer in glass double door cooler in kitchen. Operator moved items to proper storage order. **Corrected On-Site**
01B-02-5    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed fifteen pounds of cooked black beans in a pot at 50°F in double door reach in cooler next to the hot line, per the operator beans were prepared the previous day.
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk, 44°F cold holding in glass double door reach in cooler. Operator iced milk to reduce temperature. **Corrective Action Taken**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in men's bathroom. Operator supplied paper towels. This is a repeat violation from 2/2/2021. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
