A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
High Priority - Raw sewage on ground of establishment.
Grey water and water with toilet paper leaking from mobile bathroom and pooling in front of unit in a manner that employees must walk thru grey water to enter bathrooms.Repair person stated overflow occurred when they cleared the sink stoppage but was unable to determine what caused the blockage.. **Warning**
Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime.
Backside interior of ice machine soiled with mold like substance Operator had area cleaned. **Corrected On-Site**
Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times.
Hand wash sinks on both men's and women's bathrooms inaccessible with water filling both basins of temporary trailer bathrooms on premises due to remodel. The establishment bathrooms are inaccessible due to remodel and temporary bathrooms do not have working hand wash facilities. There is a worker on-site and he was able to unclog the sinks. . **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
Intermediate - Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed.
Hand wash sink at front counter has been removed and is in the process of being replaced during the ongoing remodel. **Warning**
