Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Main kitchen across from 3 compartment sink- observed container of potatoes on the floor. Operator removed potatoes from the floor. **Corrected On-Site**
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Front counter steam table- observed container of water with service spoon and tongs inside. Water temperature 93°F.
24-18-4    Basic - Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Main kitchen prep area at microwave-observed container of utensils with food contact surfaces up.
06-01-5    Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Main kitchen prep table across from 3 compartment sink- observed bowl of beef stew meat being thawed at room temperature. Operator moved meat to reach in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Jerk pork and fried chicken temperature ranges 115-120°F at 1:45 p.m.. operator reheated items above 165°F and placed back on steam table for service.
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Front counter HWS- observed HWS being blocked by stool. Operator removed stool. **Corrected On-Site**
51-14-7    Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - bar area added. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. **Repeat Violation**
