Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-32-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair.
40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items.
13-03-4    Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation.
16-13-5    Basic - Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized.
36-01-4    Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair and/or in disrepair.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Accumulation of grease in kitchen equipments.
33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. **Repeat Violation**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
22-12-5    High Priority - Metal stem-type thermometer soiled.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. **Corrected On-Site**
