Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-01-5    Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a small plastic cup without handle used as scoop in the parmesan cheese container at the salad reach in cooler. Observed in the salt container a foam glass without handle used as scoop **Repeat Violation**
50-09-4    Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed.
08B-47-4    Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed plastic containers with oil stored on the floor. **Repeat Violation**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the pizza mixer head soiled.
25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed near the pizza oven round aluminum trays not inverted . **Repeat Violation**
36-50-4    Basic - Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Observed the ceiling lamps of the pizza oven area soiled.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
03F-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Observed pizza being sold by the slide. The pizza has no time mark. Per operator the pizza does not last more than one hour.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels in both hand wash sinks.
03F-10-5    Intermediate - No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. **Repeat Violation**
