Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair and/or in disrepair. Observed at the cook line ,by mop sink . **Repeat Violation**
08B-36-4    Basic - Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. Observed at the steam table,hand wash sink.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed in the chest freezer.
21-04-4    Basic - In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Observed in the prep area. **Corrected On-Site**
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed interior of ovens soiled with accumulation of grease and food debris.
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Observed in the prep area and at the entrance to the walk in freezer.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hood filters soiled with accumulation of grease.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed walk in freezer shelves rusted.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
21-01-4    Basic - Wiping cloths used for occasional spills on tableware (utensils, plates or bowls served to the consumer) not dry and used just for that purpose. Observed at the drinks station. **Corrected On-Site**
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed sugar container at drinks station. **Corrected On-Site**
14-31-5    High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed raw beef stored in shopping bags located in the glass door reach in cooler.
50-17-2    High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license.
08A-02-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw beef above sodas in the walk-in freezer. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed marinated chicken above raw beef,tostones located in the glass door reach in cooler. **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed at the cookline.
