Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-20-5    Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed the interior of the ice machine with mold like substance on the inside of the ice machine.
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed white cutting boards (5) on the cook's line with excessive grooves and unable to clean. **Repeat Violation**
12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed a bottle of water stored on the cook's line. Manager removed the bottle from the area. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets in walk-in coolers with debris and mold like substance on the gasket.
08B-17-4    Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed tomatoes stored over Ready to eat food stored in the walk-in cooler.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed a mop stored in the mop bucket. Manager hung the mop up correctly. **Corrected On-Site**
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed plates stored in the hand sink. Manager had employee remove the plates from the sink. **Corrected On-Site**
41-21-4    Intermediate - Original container of toxic substance or chemical does not bear the manufacturer's label. Observed a chemical in a spray bottle not labeled. Employee labeled spray bottle. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
