Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-71-4    Basic - Duct tape used to repair nonfood-contact surface. Duct tape on lid for flour bin.
36-73-4    Basic - Floors, walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor under ice machine near front counter. Floor under reach in cooler in back prep area. Floor under triple sink. Floor under cooking equipment in kitchen. Floor in walk in cooler. Wall behind cooking equipment in kitchen. Wall under triple sink. Ceiling throughout kitchen. Fan covers for walk in cooler.
33-23-4    Basic - Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Shared grease receptacle is on gravel/dirt.
14-42-4    Basic - Hood filter missing from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. Hood filters above cooking equipment do not fully seal hood area - either small filter or spacer is needed.
14-47-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Steel divider by hand washing sink in back kitchen is rusted. Shelves and posts in walk in cooler in storage area is rusted.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Green shelf above triple sink. Shelf under reach in freezer in kitchen area. Exterior of fryers and oven in kitchen. Exterior of reach in freezer and reach in coolers in storage room.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Orange wiping cloth at front counter. Cloth moved and stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site**
53B-14-5    Intermediate - Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. One employee working today is expired.
