A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair.

Basic - Establishment did not report seating change that affects the license fee, Clean Indoor Air Act, sewage system approval or other related requirements.
At the time of inspection, establishment is licensed for 20 seats, has 14 indoors, 32 out front, and 12 outdoors for a total of 58 seats.
Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside.
Light visible under both doors to back storage area.
Also, light visible in storage area along wall by reach in freezer. Also, screen torn above the door in the storage area.
Basic - Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom.

High Priority - Establishment operating with changed menu and/or increased seating without system approval for such change.
At the time of inspection, establishment is licensed for 20 seats, has 14 indoors, 32 out front, and 12 outdoors for a total of 58 seats. **Warning**
High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found.
Observed 5 rodent droppings under bag in box soda by cash register.
Observed 2 rodent droppings in the separate warewashing area on the floor to the left of the triple sink.
Observed 5 rodent droppings in separate the warewashing area on shelf with dishware racks. Person in charge began sweeping and sanitizing during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**

At the time of inspection, one employee has expired food manager training.
