Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

13-12-4    Basic - Hole in the soffit/fascia. Soffit at top corner of building #2 near front stairway in disrepair. Also, soffit in disrepair throughout property **Warning**
25-01-4    Basic - Trash/debris on the ground. Trash on ground under stairwell at building #2 and 3. Also, bag of trash in hallway near room #253 **Warning**
25-02-4    Basic - Unused/discarded equipment stored outside. Multiple shopping carts discarded in hallway and near dumpster area **Warning**
12-27-4    High Priority - Spalling concrete/exposed rebar on stairway/platform/balcony. Spalling concrete/ concrete in disrepair/ chipped at back of building #2 near rooms #237-253 Also, spalling concrete at front of platform between unit #207-215- and room #220 door was changed out so is not in numerical order with rest. Administrative complaint recommended on previous inspection. **Warning**
