Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

29-08-4    Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed water spaying and leaking when you turn on water pump. **Warning**
01B-12-4    High Priority - Food contaminated by employees/consumers and operator continued to serve food. See stop sale. Establishment was using utensilsthat were not sanitized to serve the public. All ready to eat food. **Warning**
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed approximately 7 flying insects in food truck landing on limes, radishes,salsa, prep table, and in beef. **Warning**
50-17-2    High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. **Admin Complaint**
08A-02-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw chicken above cooked beef. **Warning**
02C-01-5    High Priority - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation. Observed rice that operator stated was cooked Friday not date marked. **Warning**
01B-04-5    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food originating from an unapproved source. Observed at glass refrigerator beef,,cooked beef, (55-62°F - Cold Holding). Operator stated that boss cuts meat at house. **Warning**

12A-03-4    Intermediate - Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Operator stated that they wash hands in container of solid water. **Warning**
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Due to water spraying at you if you turn on water pump. **Warning**
53A-01-7    Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. **Warning**
27-06-4    Intermediate - No hot running water at three-compartment sink. Due to pipes leaking and spaying water. **Warning**
53B-01-5    Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. **Warning**
