Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed the interior of the pizza oven soiled.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed the interior of the sauce reach in cooler soiled
25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed on top of the salad reach in cooler aluminum trays not inverted Observed by the packing area aluminum bowls not inverted **Repeat Violation**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. **Repeat Violation**
50-17-2    High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the can opener blade soiled with food
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed the dishwashing area hand wash sink inaccessible. Its blocked by a garbage can
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at the kitchen and dishwashing area hand wash sinks **Repeat Violation**
