Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust.
Observed the exterior of the right end reach in cooler has foreign substance on the outer gasket.
ALSO, the area over the Coke dispenser has foreign substance on it.
ALSO, the coffee cup caddy trays have dried debris on multiple ones.
High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle/bucket not at proper minimum strength.
Observed 4 sanitizer buckets on the front line, 0 ppm for chlorine.
High Priority - Hose attached to faucet at three-compartment/food preparation/handwash sink eliminating required air gap.
Observed the pre rinse handle was below flood rim. This was placed on a hook. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area.
Observed 1 fly by the 3 compartment sink drain.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined.

Observed spray chemical stored over to go sweeteners on the front line. The bottle was moved. **Corrected On-Site**
Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime.
Observed the left end ice bin is soiled.
ALSO, the left end of the 3 door reach-in cooler in the back has an accumulation of food spills.
Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing.
Observed a squeegee stored in the front line hand wash sink. It was removed. **Corrected On-Site**
