Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-05-4    Basic - Outer openings not protected during operation and vermin and/or environmental cross contamination present. Establishment has garage door openings at bar area that require air curtains to be on when doors are open. Observed garage doors open without air curtains on during food service hours. 03C-06-5    High Priority - Comminuted meat not reaching a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees Fahrenheit for 17 seconds or equivalent time/temperature combination as specified in cooking chart. Over cook line on pan. Burgers cooked to med rare being held at room temperature for later cooking. Operator stated that they had just been on the grill top, then removed and placed into refrigeration. In Reach in cooler across from fryers. pico (58°F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (56°F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (56°F - Cold Holding). Operator stated that the food items. Had been recently stocked and placed bags of ice over to reduce temperature. Second temps; pico 55°F, shredded cheese 54°F, cut lettuce 53°F. 53B-15-4    Intermediate - Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by lack of general knowledge in performing their assigned duties. Operator and employees did not know that air curtains at bar area over garage doors are required to be on when the doors are open, due to open window design of kitchen. **Warning**
