Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

02D-03-4    Basic - Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. Observed packaging flan and fruit salad in front counter for customers drab and go not labeled.
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. At employee bathroom.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gasket
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid.
35B-03-4    Basic - Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors.
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle.
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature.
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicharron skin and meat 105°F hot holding, as per operator for less than 2 hrs.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Blocked by hotel pan, operator removed at the time of inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
53A-01-7    Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification.
