Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-36-4    Basic - Ceiling tile missing. 1 ceiling tile missing in the back kitchen area.
10-17-4    Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Manager removed the knives. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
01B-01-4    High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. 4 can of black beans rusted on the top and bottoms of the cans. 1 can of refried beans dented at the seems. Manager discarded the cans. **Corrective Action Taken**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Pooled eggs stored over salsa in the reach in cooler on the cook line. Manager placed the salsa above the eggs. **Corrected On-Site**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing cleaning fluid stored next to clean beverage containers in the dish room area.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Can opener blade soiled.
