Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors soiled with food debris under cooking equipment. **Warning**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Bulk flour, bulk sugar, cooking oil, cooked rice, sauces in buckets and pork in plastic tub on floor. **Warning**

02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Multiple items in walk in cooler no labels. **Warning**
03C-44-5    High Priority - Cooked poultry not reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken cooked to 145°f from raw. Employee recooked chicken to 165°f. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
12A-12-4    High Priority - Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Employee touched raw pork then put away sauces with no hand wash. **Warning**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken not covered over cooked egg noodles in reach in freezer. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 9 rodent droppings on floor in prep area behind chest freezer, 1 rodent dropping under 3 compartment sink, 1 rodent dropping next to water heater on floor, 1 rodent dropping on stairs leading to 2nd floor, 3 rodent droppings on unused equipment in 2nd floor storage area, 100 rodent droppings in secured door on 2nd floor on top of insulation, 41 rodent droppings under wok cook line. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
