Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-06-4    Basic - Accumulation of dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, or other pests, in control devices. Observed a sticky fly trap over triple sink with accumulated dead flys on it .
16-03-4    Basic - Accumulation of debris inside warewashing machine. Dish machine Water holding reservoir is soiled .
16-21-4    Basic - Accumulation of debris on top exterior of warewashing machine.
16-23-4    Basic - Accumulation of lime scale on the inside of the dishmachine.
14-74-7    Basic - Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Stand up reach in freezer unit is not keeping food frozen. On cook line the Stand up Reach in cooler is not keeping food @41°F or below.
12B-12-5    Basic - Employee drinking coffee from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container.
14-11-4    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Stand up freezer gaskets in disrepair. Freezer door will not stay shut

21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. **Repeat Violation**
21-09-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean and sitting on a table top in dish area.
08A-05-6    High Priority - In walk in cooler observed Raw chicken stored over/ready-to-eat chili / meat sauce , cheese sauce,
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 4 live flies on damp wiping cloth that is sitting on table in dish area. Observed 5 -6 live flies in and around a garbage can next to dish wash area. The garbage can is soiled and has no liner in it. Observed 6-7 live flies in laundry hamper holding dirty towels and stored in the kitchen next to coffee station .

01B-02-5    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Beef (46*°F - Cold Holding); Fish (49*°F - Cold Holding); hot dogs (48*°F - Cold Holding)
