A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Thru out kitchen.
40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee phone on cutting board on front line. Employee removed. **Corrected On-Site**
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. In Walk in freezer on floor, by door and, under compressor fans.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hood filters heavily soiled with grease.
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid.
25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Cups on shelf in back prep area above milk shake machine.
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Bottom of reach in cooler on cook line next to grill.
08A-04-5    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Raw eggs over unwashed produce. Operator moved to bottom shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw comminuted beef over sliced turkey. Operator moved turkey to top shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Comet cleaner stored next to single serve items on back prep table. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Blades of shake mixer soiled. Cutting boards soiled thru out kitchen soiled. Flat top grill and charbroil grill heavily soiled with grease build up.
