A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.

High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Expiration 02/01/2021. Operator attempted to renew license but accidentally marked the disabled veteran discount button and it is now holding up the renewal. High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 8 rodent droppings on floor to the side and behind double door reach-in cooler of kitchen. 4 rodent droppings on floor to the side and behind fryers. 2 rodent droppings on floor next to counter with bus tub storage in kitchen near entrance to bar. 1 rodent dropping in storage room with packages of glassware **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2021-08-17: 4 rodent droppings on corner of floor under bar countertop. 5 rodent droppings in storage room that holds glassware and beer. 1 rodent dropping on floor under stove. 1 rodent dropping on wall of kitchen next to outlet.
