Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed inside Walk in Freezer.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed buckets with cut cabbage on the floor. Operator removed both buckets from the floor. **Corrected On-Site**
33-19-4    Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer.
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Operator removed utensils from the water. **Repeat Violation**
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed inside employee restroom.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gasket soiled at the reach in cooler with seafood at the kitchen area.
06-01-5    Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed frozen fish thawing in standing water inside three compartment sink. Operator put fish under running water. **Corrected On-Site**
53A-05-6    Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/. Observed no certified food service manager at the time we started the inspection. Certified manager showed up 5 minutes after we arrived. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
