Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed plastic water bottles stored on the floor. Operator removed them. **Corrected On-Site**
10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Employee moved it immediately. **Corrected On-Site**

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed greased hood filters.

14-33-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed shelves rust inside the reach in freezer in the kitchen area. **Repeat Violation**
25-32-4    Basic - Reuse of single-service or single-use articles. Observed milk plastic container reuse to storage juices.
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water inside the reach in cooler at the kitchen area.
33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Observed unnecessary item at the back and damage equipment. **Repeat Violation**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
14-31-5    High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed a supermarket bag used to cover food. Operator removed it. **Corrected On-Site**
11-07-5    Intermediate - Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items. A poster with theBig 6 was provided.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed dirty dishes inside the hand wash sink located at the kitchen area. Operator removed the dishes. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed not towel paper in the women restroom.
