Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed multiple plates are stacked on top of each other in the cupboard by the three compartment sink.
36-08-4    Basic - Floor and wall junctures not coved in food preparation/storage/warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed by three compartment sink.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris, and under cooking equipments. **Repeat Violation**
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed table can opener is soiled. Observed all food containers are soiled.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed exterior table can opener, prep and handwash sinks are soiled.
16-46-4    Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues.
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler.

36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. **Repeat Violation**
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Manager inverted mop. **Corrected On-Site**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet wiping cloths on preparation table.
03D-01-5    High Priority - Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Observed multiple deep pans of covered cooked white rice at 114F, in the reach in cooler. Per Manager food was cooked at/around 9:30am. 2nd temp 1 hr later at 55F. **Corrected On-Site**
14-31-5    High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with turkey in reach in freezer.
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed Lysol can next to cans of lemonade. Manager removed Lysol. **Corrected On-Site**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed table can opener is soiled.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed 4 containers in the front counter handwash sink. Manager removed all items. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at bathroom handwash sink. Manager placed paper towel at handwash sink. **Corrected On-Site**
22-31-4    Intermediate - Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. Observed shelf by reach in freezer.
