Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-03-4    Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing.several areas throughout facility.
35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Dead roaches on floor at dishwasher/water heater/dry storage area. Dishwasher is not used. **Admin Complaint**
24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Reach in freezer shelves, handles and face heavily soiled. Top of chest freezer heavily pitted and rusted. Plastic curtains in walk in cooler heavily soiled.
36-64-5    Basic - Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. Grease trap odor at back door area, where mop sink and walk in cooler is located.
16-46-4    Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Two live roaches on plastic wrap at in use steam table. One live on wall in dry storage area at grill. **Admin Complaint**
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 3 rodent droppings on unused buffet table. **Admin Complaint**
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. egg wash 60f, shrimp 50f, advised rapid chill for both items. Added ice to egg wash and chilled shrimp per request. Egg wash now at 40f, shrimp at 43f.
