Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

16-21-4    Basic - Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Top of dish machine is soiled with hard water and lime scale buildup.
50-09-4    Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Cracked flooring tiles throughout kitchen and walk in cooler.
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No employees must hand sign in either men's or women's restroom. Inspector emailed Manager employees must wash hand signs and Manager put in restrooms. **Corrected On-Site**
24-18-4    Basic - Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Silverware at wait station area stored with food contact surface upright. Manager stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site**

35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. 2 live flies in hallway before kitchen not landing on food or food contact surfaces.
