Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-20-5    Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance on the chute of the ice machine in the back kitchen area.
08B-49-4    Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed a cake next to the food for the restaurant.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up in the walk In freezer. This is a repeat violation from 11/20/20, 7/14/21, and 07/27/21 and 02/28/22. **Repeat Violation**
08B-54-4    Basic - Uncovered food stored near sink exposed to splash.observed french fries next to the hand wash sink on the main line.
12A-10-4    High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed a cook rub his head and failed to wash hands and change gloves.
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw beef over pickles. Operator moved the pickles. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-09-4    High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed a cook open a cooler door and failed to change gloves.
